All support tickets receive immediate attention no matter how they are placed. Once they are assigned to a technician you will receive an email to let you know your assigned technician. You can use our help desk or our technicians can use yours.

Our remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform continually monitors the stability and security of your IT network so you can experience maximum network uptime, increase your efficiency and focus on your core business functions. Remote Backup
Getting your data off-site is the only way to be sure your data is safe. SBT Remote Backup will insure that you never lose data again. Data is your most important company asset; why not make sure it is protected? Features included in SBT RBS: automated, unattended, scheduled backups; Email alerts; Data Encrypted online and on server (AES-256 bit); Open\locked file support; Bandwidth throttling; Reconnect/resume after connection failures. We install a small backup client on your server/PC and configure your backup to fit your needs. Once installed & your first backup is completed you will start receiving daily email notifications.
Service Plans
We offer different tiers of service plans or you can pay as you go. If you decide to pay as you go we offer pre-paid time blocks to get your hourly fee down and save you on accounting fees by cutting checks each time you use our services. You will receive an email with each service call and at the end of your time block you will receive a statement with how the hours were spent. You can also log into our customer portal at any time and see how many hours have been used and how many are left. We also offer three tiers of maintenance contracts to fit your needs.
